Since 2017, the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation has annually identified the Germany’s “LEADING EMPLOYERS.” The study incorporates various factors such as attractiveness, employee satisfaction, recruiting performance, diversity and well-being. The award is given exclusively to companies that consistently outperform on a broad scale – just like symmedia.
For the third year in a row, symmedia has got the award, reaching particularly high scores in areas such as recommendation, applicant satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. “We are delighted with the renewed recognition!” says symmedia CEO Andreas Thal. “It confirms our strong focus on innovation, values, and empowerment!”
